The Rack 10-04-12

On this week’s edition of The Rack, host Lindsey Ward, her producer Sir Rockin and special call-in guest Omega (complete with tiara) gave their opinions on all the big stories of the week in Pro Wrestling, including the Stone Cold/CM Punk interview that has mysteriously gone missing, “Saved by the Bell” star Dennis Haskins’ rejection of a WWE deal, Vince souring on the gimmicks of Tensai and Brodus Clay, Hulk Hogan’s sex tape being released which Tim has seen a clip of and lead to a discussion of him and Hogan tag teaming for a future venture… no pun intended Brother, new WWE 13 information released with DLC and new trailer, CM Punk’s documentary release, RAW’s low rating now, Shawn Daivari taking down a dangerous train passenger and much more news and notes.

As with every week, The Rack is also your weekly home for immediate Impact Wrestling recaps and commentary. We talked about Sting trying to find a partner to face Aces & 8’s at Bound for Glory while evaluating talent all night, the WTTCOTW planting seeds of doubt against their opponents, Joe defending his TV Title vs RVD, a KO Match with featuring all former WWE talent from both developmental and main roster (THAT’S where the Diva roster went), the Snow/Ryan saga continues (and drags on) and will ultimately face off at Bound for Glory, Ion defending his X-Division Title, King Mo making is first TNA appearance (in Omega garb) and getting in the face of both Roode and Storm (complete with Storm’s pretty hair), Chris Parks getting tortured again by Aces & 8’s, the Hardy/Aries dysfunction continues, and finally Sting choosing Bully Ray as his partner (after Mr. “Asshole” Anderson was found knocked out in the back) and much more.

We also had a spoiler-free preview of Smackdown, discuss what the recent treatment of the Anger Buddies means for Kane and his character, who Taker could possibly face at Wrestlemania next year if it is anyone, the status of the WWE Divas division and if a revamp is possible, and asked the question of the night, “What is your fantasy booking of a TNA/WWE Dream Card/Match” with a TON of fan responses. Plus, Rack staples: Tweet of the Week and the Weekly Vent. Check it all out on this week’s edition of The Rack, brought to you in part by PWMania.com and TweakedAudio.com!
